We're sure you'll love your notes. If something isn't right with your order, please get in touch as soon as you can and we'll help make it right.

30-day money-back guarantee

If your notes aren't right for you, email us at info@mytestnotes.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll refund you in full. This covers digital and printed copies.

For a printed copy, we may ask you to send it back first, in the condition you received it. If we do, we'll send you the instructions: please don't post anything back before we've replied, as items sent back without a return request can't be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at info@mytestnotes.com within 7 days, with a photo of the problem, and we'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap formats is to ask for a refund on the one you have and buy the one you want.

Refunds

We'll let you know as soon as your refund is approved. It goes back to your original payment method, usually within 24 hours of our decision. Your bank or card company may then take a few business days to show it.
