Who we are
My Test Notes (“My Test Notes”, “we”, “us”) runs anatomy.mytestnotes.com (“the Site”), where we sell study notes and cheat sheets for students. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

What we collect
Contact and order details your name, email, phone, billing and delivery address, what you bought, your order number and any discount code, from you at checkout
Payment details the payment method, card brand, last four digits and payment status. Full card numbers go straight to Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store them.
Messages emails, contact-form messages and conversations with the chat assistant on the Site
Email choices whether and when you signed up for our emails or a free cheat sheet, and which emails you open or click
Browsing and device your IP address, approximate location, browser and device, the pages you view, what you add to your cart and the link or ad that brought you, through cookies, pixels and similar tools
Digital downloads the download link issued to you and when it was used
Reviews your name and the words of a review you send us, shown only with your permission
We don't ask for sensitive information such as health details. Please don't send it to us in messages.
How we use it
To take payment, ship your order, send your download link and your order and shipping emails.
To answer your messages, look up orders, and handle refunds and replacements.
To send you the free cheat sheet you asked for and our emails, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To measure our ads on Meta and Google and show them to people likely to be interested, and to understand how the Site is used.
To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep tax and accounting records.
We use AI tools to answer questions in the chat. They see only what you type and the details of the book you're looking at.
Cookies, pixels and tracking
Needed for the store your cart (a cookie holding what's in it), checkout in progress, and Stripe's and PayPal's fraud-prevention cookies. Blocking these may stop the cart working.
Analytics and advertising Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, which tell those companies which pages you viewed, what you added to your cart and what you bought.
Opting out use your ad settings at Meta and Google, the Digital Advertising Alliance or the NAI, or block these cookies in your browser.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the companies that help us run the shop, each for its own job. We don't sell it.
Stripe and PayPal take payments
Amazon (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) packs and ships printed orders and may email you delivery updates; it gets your name, delivery address, phone and what you ordered
Resend sends our emails
Modal hosts the Site and its data
Anthropic runs the chat assistant
Meta and Google measure and show our ads, and count visits
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually seven years). Email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe. Messages are kept as long as we need them to help you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, download or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of its use for targeted ads. To ask, email us at info@mytestnotes.com. We'll reply within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking.
The Site is meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with its date.
