I've paid but I haven't had the email with the download link. What should I do? Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there an hour after you paid, email us at info@mytestnotes.com and we'll sort it out straight away.

The download link isn't working. What should I do? Check your internet connection and try the link again. If it still doesn't work, email us at info@mytestnotes.com and we'll send you a new one.

Can I download it more than once? Yes: your link works several times, so you can download the PDF on your phone, tablet and laptop.

What format is the digital copy? A PDF, which opens on any phone, tablet or computer, and prints well.

How fast is shipping? Free 2-day shipping on every printed copy to the United States. Orders take up to 24 hours to process before they ship, and you get a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally? Printed copies ship to the United States only for now. The digital copy can be bought from anywhere.

Is my payment secure? Yes. Payments are taken by Stripe and PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
